Description: This course covers the fundamentals of operating system, hardware, and networking. The course prepares the students towards taking the following exams:

- A+ 220-603 (Remote Technician)

The technique used for delivering this program involves lecture / hands-on approach.
Suggested Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of operating systems as in Windows or Linux. Should be comfortable working with Office applications. Should have basic understanding of computer system.
