Testimonials
A rich set of instruments designed to allow prospective clients
to self-assess the appropriateness of a particular training
program to meet their own needs. In addition, other survey
instruments (both hard copy and electronic) provide end-of-
course evaluations. A Web-based marketing survey allows
Unit to assess effectiveness of marketing efforts. Also included
are "testimonials" from past clients -- testimonials available on
Unit's WebSite.

Evaluation Summary
Examples of surveys conducted throughout the history of the
Encore Program. Some surveys conducted in face-to-face
interviews (results tabulated and included), others via printed
instruments. Program is member-driven and highly dependent
upon volunteerism; consequently, member feedback is valued
and often sought-after.

Also included are evaluation instruments completed by hosts
at sites visited by the group. An overall evaluation completed
by the participants at the week's end is included, as well as

after their tour -- designed to gather information on long-term
impacts of the experience.
